Please understand this guy is just lying. It's the typical asshole preacher who goes online and does 10 minutes of apologetic copy/paste and doesn't have the middle school understanding of science, math or reason. However he's happy to lie to everyone he talks too because in his world it's ok to lie for jesus. For example, the big bang is just how our current universe seems to have begun. Matter and energy did not come from nothing, rather entropy started, time and space inflated, etc. Ask any cosmologists and they will tell you this, that we don't know what existed prior to the big bang or if that is even a coherent question. "It needs an explanation just like everything else.... things don't create themselves, there must be a cause". Ok what caused god? If you say god doesn't need a cause then you forfeit any requirement for the universe's existence to require a cause. Again, this is a case of simply not thinking things through and being dishonest with your aguments. Nobody claims the big bang caused the universe to come into existence from nothing, that is simply a lie. The big bang, which was a derogatory term for the theory used by it's detractors, simply proposes an expansion of what was called the primordial atom at the time, the idea of a all matter being compressed to a small area expanding outward. Again, this theory which has been validated and tested by novel predictions doesn't not say the matter and energy of the universe were created at this moment, just a change in arrangement. I'm so very sorry to anyone listening to these lies and drivel. Please understand that this guy lacks even a middle school education in these matters and is hoping you do too or are too polite to say anything. If he were to propose these ideas to any cosmologists they would simply tell him he's wrong and not even representing science or cosmology correctly.
