Hi dan, how do you do. Yesterday i took the exam. I found the problem can't launch the exam. My laptop already check from standard proctored exam and pass. Also my internet connection 70mb at home. Still the exam can't launch. Why it happened? Do you have any case like that. Any standard for PSI requirement except the laptop check ? Please, 🙏 share solution. After that happened I call PSI technical support and then remote my laptop, still the same problem. My laptop also can't launch the exam. I'm wait for sharing😊. Thanks Dan

I know this is 2 years old. I live in a metro area and tried to schedule the exam at a testing center. I noticed most of the testing centers I usually go to were not listed. Called and found out they don't provide testing for CISA. The testing sites that were listed were at random places like H&R block. Trying to schedule for a Saturday is impossible at a testing facility. First place I found ended up canceling 3 days prior to taking the test. I called some of the testing places after that and most were not in business or closed during the times listed. I tried 3 places within 50 miles. Might be different for other metro areas, but I'd suggest scheduling the proctored exam above all.
