I had a cramp in both thighs, both calves, both feet last night at the same time.I stood up next to the bed in extreme pain and unable to move. I was sweating bad and lean over the bed and the next thing was I awoke on the floor. I must have passed out from the pain. I finally made it back in bed and used a heating pad. The was the most pain I ever felt in my life! I believe it was because I over exerted my muscles moving heavy stuff all day. Now tonight I’ve done everything suggested on UA-cam. Teaspoon of mustard, pickle juice, Apple cider vinegar, food with magnesium, magnesium supplements, krill, vitamin, green tea, and lots of water all day. Thanks for this method but if that happens again I’ll need 6 sets of hands! 😂 I never want this to happen again! ❤

Will it go away if it's provoked by chemo administrarion like in my case? My both hands are now affected. Last week I was getting Fragmin 12500 injections 4 days and on Apiksaban Teva 5mg pills 2x1 per day for next two weeks. I am so afraid to start with new chemo treatment which is in a week, that even if these pills start working that it will all get worse. I am so scared of it, my veins and hands hurt for already 3 weeks or more, I can't stand it anymore, I am literally freaking out....😢

I like the pain and soreness. Been giving myself these for years. I flex my calf as hard as possible and boom it locks and starts. I use to see how long I could hold it til i had to stretch my calf out n stop it. But now i can manage the pain until it stops by itself n the muscle relaxes. Pain is different every time. I've had 2 new super painful ones lately I couldn't hold for 1 minute. Reminded me of my first. I actually screamed out n pounded my fists

You missed one sign of copper deficiency. Varicose Veins. I had them bad. Had the surgery to strip the veins. 10 years later they started coming back. I found a video, Dr. Joel Wallach talking about Aneurysms. In the video he says taking copper will reverse Varicose Veins. I bought some Copper Gluconate. Started taking 4 mg a day.2 mg in the morning 2 mg in the evening. Took around 6 months but my calf muscles which were really bad went back to normal. In the video he says use Chelated Copper.

i've tried most /all of these. Mustard used to work years ago but no more. Take lots of magnesium, potassium, pickle juice helps if ive been sweating. Kept a log and found that any form of pepper brings cramps later that night. Only Hylands Cramp pills under the tongue helps until i can execute a BM but only for 15 minutes before another pill is needed. Cramps can be in calf, outside of leg, front of leg, all 5 toes at once and in hands if i play cards the evening after consuming food with pepper (red pepper is worst). Hard to find food without pepper (called "spices" on labels), it's even in ranch dressing. And, its in the tumeric supplements I take. I'll try the magnesium oil spray, haven't tried that one yet.

hello, i’ve had varicose veins almost all of my life early into teenage years, My mother and her family have varicose veins and i’m travelling nearly 9 hours to the Dominican republic and i am slightly worried if i will develop DVT and then further cause a blood clot. I have never had problems with my varicose veins it’s just that it’s annoying that they are there, i have no idea whether they are cosmetic or actual veins that could cause problems flying long distance.

Hello, I am a 51 year old man. I started to have itching in my arms 2 months ago, then the itching disappeared and instead I started to have bleeding between my fingers and under the skin on the back of my hand. Also when I buy something weighing 2-3 kg from the market and walk to my house which is 200 meters away, my hands and fingers bleed and these bleedings first turn brown and then yellow in two weeks and heal, but the bleeding on the back of my hands and between my fingers does not heal, sometimes the color seems to fade but fresh bleeding occurs again. I went to dermatology, internal medicine, cardiovascular surgery and hematology for this disease. But a clear diagnosis could not be made. The dermatologist looked at it with a lens, said it is not fungal, he said there is bleeding from the vein. Internal medicine said my blood values are good. Cardiovascular surgery said we do not look below the wrist. Hematology said if there is no wound in the mouth, it is not blood cancer. Which service should I go to now? By the way, I drink two teaspoons of black cumin oil a day, I thought it would help with bleeding but it doesn't seem to be working very well, Rheumatology? I started taking B12 and vitamin D supplements right now. I also took iron supplements before but my ferritin level didn't rise to normal. If you have any ideas about the cause of this condition, I would be happy if you could let me know. Before this condition started, I drank a glass of red beet juice a day, and I only drank one teaspoon of juniper tar for two days, and I also ate a 250 gram portion of the stem of the thistle plant. Other than these, there is nothing extra in my diet. Thank you very much in advance for your answer.
