Eric I LOVE watching your videos. I grew up w horses on a small ranch, and couldn’t get enough of them. It was always my dream to be able to raise horses myself, but as you know, it takes A LOT and as a single mom, it just wasn’t in the cards. I had to give up riding a few years ago due to bad bad knees, and my dad decided he was too old to be keeping them anymore. So my opportunities shrunk. Every so often I would ride 1 of Tom’s, and it was worth EVERY bit of pain I had for a weeks after. Now I have had both knees replaced and hope that I may be able to ride again, if the opportunity comes before the new system. I have put off watching your videos for this long, because it just makes me sad that i cant live that life. But it is definitely my plan for the new world!! I TOLD Aaron so!! 😅😂 Anyway Aaron keeps telling me stories about your videos, and I saw you on Pearl Snap on Tom’s cattle drive, Travis told me that he is 1 of your mustangs in training. Anyway I just had to let you know how jealous I am, and how much I do enjoy the videos!!! Much love, keep up the awesome work!! Brenda (Travis’ mom, Aaron’s wife) jic you didn’t figure that out already. I didn’t want to put my last name on here.

People don’t get it some times… These WILD Mustang’s and other Horses, how do they handle being in the wild? They learn, albeit most of their training in from the School of Hard Knocks, Fights, and No Human Love Shown!… Ole Pearl Snap, well He’s being taught at The Wild Horseman’s School of Love and Kindness. He’s not being Physically Hurt, He’s Getting Good Food, Treats and Love. For those things he’s gotta put forth a Little Effort and make a Human Connection… Basically the Same Principle with Humans. That Baby Cries, Mamma or Daddy Hold it and Feed it, it feels the Love. It’s way of showing that love back is by the Coos and Giggles or simply being quiet and falling asleep with a Big Ole Smile. With that Human Connection made… Don’t let these People get ya Down my Brotha. You keep doing you, and let your Trophy’s or Satisfied Buyers Speak for You.

Making a horse jump with that honker of a western saddle is insane. Not ergonomic for the horse's body in the jump or landing. UGH. If you are going to make a horse jump, at least get a decent jumping saddle, or is that just too challenging for western riders?

@@trex3003 well. It sounds like you’ve never been outside of an arena. Ya see, some people actually cowboy for a living. I was surprised to see you using a basal on him for his 1st time out. Not finding fault because I'm not you and I'm not the person that's been training Pearl Snap. For my peace of mind, I would use a D ring snaffle, sweet iron with copper inlays, loop reins with a get down rope. By watching your video, it's very apparent that everything was fine with the basal. I applaud you for keeping the bars up on the trailer windows. I've seen so many people hauling horses , with windows open and bars dropped down, allowing horses to stick their heads out of the windows! Horses can be injured by insects, road debris and worst of all decapitated by a passing vehicle. Thanks for showing people the safe and correct way to trailer horses. Thanks for sharing your videos.
