Great video! I was wondering if you had any additional tips on cold emailing? For example subject lines that you find attract leads to even respond to the email. Also, what software were you using to scrape all of these emails?

So much value brother! My background is in design/editing/motion design. How would I position my offer within the B2B space? I could do email marketing, blogs, linkedin post etc, but that's not exactly my skillset, mind you I can learn it but wondering how I could market myself?

I have a question: For an individual marketing professional with strong expertise in PPC but without a personal brand, how can they grow into a successful single-person agency? From what I understand, a single-person agency can be a viable business model, and many clients are willing to pay fees of $5-10k per month. However, even though these professionals may offer competitive rates compared to larger agencies, it seems that bigger clients often prefer working with larger agencies. Workign on Upwork you just lose your energy on clients who will churn anyway as its soemthign normal even if they next agency got worster, the fact i seen multiple times workign for over 10 years in agencies, maybe its called testing and lookign for a new opportunities? :))). What strategies can help a solo practitioner overcome this challenge and attract bigger clients? Guys, please share your thoughts. Thank you

Quick question, when you were building this agency were you consciously building it for enterprise value to eventually sell it. I ask because I wonder if there's a difference between building an agency strictly for cashflow which I guess you could call a "life style business". If there is a difference I would love to see a video on how to build one of those.

Hi Matthew, I have a genuine question.. if I start a marketing agency and later hire Employees to work on client accounts specifically running google ad campaigns, what happens when a employee accidentally overspends the client’s budget? For example, let’s say client has only approved to spend $100 per day in google ad spend. Now what happens if the employee mistakenly puts an extra 0 and make the daily budget limit to $1,000 and google spends that budget in a day. As a marketing agency owner, what should be my response and how do I calm my client down as they will be furious over this for sure.I would appreciate your response, thanks!

Matt, your stuff is great.. For now. You really gotta keep operating an agency. Every coach consultants who stops their agency to coach ends up only having dated ideas that's stop working. Don't fall into the trap and take the easy route. You're way too smart to do it. Eventually your ideas will stop working..I don't know of a single example that's has bucked the trend.

What’s your decision making framework for coming up with the three?

I know you're big on intro offers, so let’s look at your old one as an example: “My landing page will outperform your current page by at least 10% in a 30-day A/B test, or I’ll give you a full refund.” You’ve mentioned that you aim to fulfill these intro offers within seven days. My question is, how often do brand owners let you upsell them before the 30-day test period is over? Do they typically want to wait for the full test to finish, or does seeing the quality of your landing page and CRO services convince them to move forward sooner?

Very informative video, truly a gem :-) About #6. Owning the assets: how does that actually work? As an agency, if I do services for the client, I am of course building out HIS website and funnels, so HE does own the assets. Is building assets something to do aside from serving clients, and just "sell" the incoming leads of my own assets to ANOTHER company (or existing client)? What do you mean by "buy" the assets? Would be cool to have a quick insight on this.
