@@almostoemgarage8143 ooooooo even better. Dude, no lie, I'm 38, I own a scion tc, BUT, I always always wanted a 99 to 02 firebird/transam. Completely badass. Big motors that you can do ALOT too and don't need too tho. LS motor I believe. Sexy cars. What year. Thats my dream car. Came close, but being used with 150+ o dash, I had to assume it has been beated on unless and older fella or lady owned it. Good stuff bro. Subbed

@@jaycogan5182 thanks dude I appreciate it!!! The entire build is on my channel to catch you up to speed haha it’s a ‘91 base model bird and it’s been LS swapped and pretty built up. Still need to upgrade some suspension and needs a big brake upgrade very badly to be more of an auto x machine. A 6spd would help with Autocrossing too as this 3 speed auto (th400) has some long ass gears. 3.23 rear gear is also more of a top speed gear vs a 3.73 or 4.10 but it’s plenty fun for now so I’m just enjoying it!!

Thank you!!! You nailed it dude, BTR LS1 Stage 3 N/A Cam kit with the other top end goodies included, in an otherwise stock 5.3 even running the stock truck intake! No tuning issues with the term x and have a solid TH400. NE Ohio so about 600 feet above sea level for a perfect atmosphere on a cool spring day. Intake temps were like 85F at idle once warmed up. My buddy in the M3 has a set of radials from his GN for me to slap on so next time we will air them puppies to 15psi like you suggest!! Can't wait to launcha and feel like im glued vs this spinning through first!! Thanks again for the advice and kind words man, I am having a blast finally enjoying this 4 year long project. Been enjoying it along the way but not to this level is has involved a lot of trial and error/beating on then breaking the next weakest link.

Forgot to mention, stock 10 bolt from an older z28 third gen. That should be fine footbraking the launch on launch on the DRs yeah? It’s through an auto so I figured she’d live from a 3k rpm hit.

@@almostoemgarage8143 It'll live for a while. I was running a similar 7.5" 10-bolt rear under my Malibu well into the 12s on DRs through an automatic. In F-bodies they call them 7.625 rears but it's the same thing. It's the little "baby" 10 bolt. Remember to check that the pinion nut is tight from time to time (or red LocTite it). When you hit them hard multiple times, but not hard enough to break them, they seem to loosen up on some rears. Not my vid, but here's me (white Malibu) running late 11s on DRs a few years back. I just heat them up good in the burnout, bring it up on the converter and mat the pedal on the last yellow. Car drives so straight and boring I could make a ham sandwich on my way down the track. I did the Gordon’s mods and put the 160 and 60 jets in and also checked the valves were adjusted

I don't have the link but if you go on Motosport.com and put the year make and model of the bike it will show parts that fit the bike then just search for lowering link.
