For the meat filling:
Minced meat - 300 g
Vegetable oil - for frying
Onion - 1
Salt, oregano, paprika, black pepper - to taste
Garlic - 2 cloves
Tomato sauce - 100 g
Green onion (tops) - 20 g
For the pasta:
Pasta - 300 g
Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp (for boiling)
Salt - to taste
For the Béchamel sauce:
Butter - 30 g
Flour - 2 tbsp
Milk - 400 ml
Black pepper, salt - to taste
