Husband and I went on our honeymoon on a Carnival cruises in August 99. For starters while talking our shower within the first hour the toilet overflows and goes everywhere, shower drain is bubbling even in the bedroom. The bed was 2 single beds thrown together. They did not offer to give us a different cabin we had to wait till it was cleaned out. No compensation what so ever. Then going up a flight stairs on deck I slipped and sprained my my ankle so bad they had to put me in a wheelchair. Couldn't go to the designated attractions with a wheelchair. Two months after returning home we received a letter from Carnival cruises. Being excited I open the letter thinking I would be getting maybe another cruise voucher or something like that. Well guess what? We got a 15% discount on our next cruise. I tole the voucher cut it up and attached it to letter and wrote and I quote. "You can stick your 15% and shove it where the sun don't shine". Then returned it Will never recommend to go on a Carnival cruise again even it was free. well maybe free with all inclusive lol. Anyway.

I've stayed at other Ocean Pointe units, but none with a bay window in the living area. That made a huge difference in that space!
