Yes registry is opened b.) stamp duty rate which i paid is 7%, if owner is women then it will be 5% and if it is joined than 6% C.) i bought this for investment purpose, currently i rent out my flat and its pretty easy if you post your property online, i got plenty of responses, the only drawback is rent is pretty low as compared to delhi or gurgaon.

Hi I will give you the genuine review so as like every other society there are some pros and cons let's start with pros, 1. Courtyard Apartment is located next to the highway which connects to gurgaon and faridabad, gurgaon cybercity is half an hour away from this location 2. Being under an affordable housing scheme price is comparatively good from other affordable housing projects 3. Build quality is good and also will give a modern look to your flat not like an ordinary flats 4. Flat are designed in such a way that it will give you a good space in the balcony and apart from that ventilation is too good. 5. Builder is genuine as already they have delivered the low rise towers to there respective owners now they are working on high rise tower which will be completed by this year as per builder 6. Society ambiance also comes under the pros as people are very helpful . 7. There is a local market, tehsil, school, colleges and bus stand under 3km area Now let's talk about the cons 1. If you are working in gurgaon then there is a toll in between for which you have to apply for monthly pass which will cost you around 300 bucks 2. Society is not so much pet friendly 3. There is no park for kids 4. There is no reserved parking for cars as no other affordable housing provide the same 5.you must have inverter as there is backup only in common area 6. Local commute could be a challenge sometimes. So my opinion is before investing your hard earn money checkout all those points in other societies too.
