The Widest Popsicle Deck I’ve Ever Skated.. (9.5 Inch Scram)
Hello everyone! In today’s video, I setup a 9.5 inch Scram popsicle skateboard deck. Having ridden a 10 inch egg board for the last 3 months, I figured it was time to switch it up and see how it felt to ride a massive popsicle shape. After going over the stats and assembling the board, I take it the local skatepark as well as a few street spots to test it out!

$100 Fingerboard Unboxing and Review!
Переглядів 1419 годин тому
Hello everyone! In today’s video, I will be unboxing and assembling a $100 fingerboard complete that I ordered off of Slush Cult’s website. The deck is a 34.5 mm street shape from Slush Cult, the trucks are 34mm Dynamics, and the wheels are 7.5mm Maple ultras. With fingerboarding becoming a bigger hobby of mine recently, I decided to buckle down and order the best of the best to see if it is re...
Finding inner peace through skateboarding…

Hello everyone! I know it’s been a few weeks since I posted a long form video, but I hope that this video will address some of the reasons why that was, and how I am trying to move forward now. Things have been really tough for me recently, I won’t lie, but I am not giving up, and I am not looking for sympathy. The real reason I am opening up to you guys, is to show that we all go through strug...

It’s better to break your bushings in first before tightening them. Your video was done a while ago, but use this for future
LETS GOO
Hoping to learn how to ollie into manuals soon🤞
that graphic is sick
“LETS GO” 👊
👏👏👏 🛹🛹🛹
🍉 🛹
😁🤙
Know a guy who skates a 9.5 scram pop with 215s and it’s just ridiculous how he just throws that thing around like a 8.5
That’s awesome! Definitely depends on a lot of factors! For me, I am 6 foot 4 inches and almost 200 pounds, so to me, this deck doesn’t even feel that big or heavy haha
🔥🔥
🙏🙏
Nice vibes man really enjoyed the talk and can relate I just been taking it one day at a time ig
Also appreciate the east coast UNY content 👍🏽 That Stoneonta shop is sick 🔥
Appreciate that so much homie! We’re in this together🙌
Also, that’s what’s up! I’m actually friends with the owner of Stoneonta and might be picking up some shifts there in the fall haha
Watched this one in the bath 🛁 your experiences and thoughts on skating were relatable and relaxing to listen to, and the skating was a great watch as always :))
Yooo appreciate you as always homie! I’m so glad that you related and enjoyed🙏🤙
2 sets are the funnest ever , higher than a curb but not to crazy either , great Sess!
Exactly!! Just enough to get that adrenaline pumping without a lot of risk🤙
Thing is massive lol , so wide you can’t bail on trick
I love it haha, makes me commit🤣🙌
i really like jessup. i don't usually do anything crazy, just sometimes cut out a stripe across or lengthwise. sometimes leave cutout for top graphic if it's not huge and won't cause a problem. i have a couple where i did an offset lengthwise stripe the entire length of the board through the top graphic.
Jessup is the best!! And worddd ya, only when I have left massive gaps in the grip has it caused problems in the past🤙
i think black label has some shapes you might like. they def have a 9" 15wb. i have the grimple stix cardiel on the huffer egg shape and really like it with 149 indy mids.
Thanks for the recommendation! And yooo that is a sick board! I was looking at the huffer egg at the shop a couple months ago and almost bought it!
Great vid man, a little touch of music when you were talking would be like a cherry on a cake 🍰
Yooo appreciate that so much homie! Will definitely keep the music thing in mind for future videos🤙
Love
🙏

Nice way better than me
Thanks! Just keep grinding and you will get there!
Coming from a fellow skater dude with mental illnesses of my own that I take meds for, I got your back dude. Ive hit my limit so many times, but there are still so many great things to live for, trust me. Keep on killin it melon man 🤘🏼🛹
Appreciate you so much homie!! Thank you for sharing your own experiences with us all. Life is tough, but also so beautiful and worth living🫶
Oneonta?
Yessir!
Hi Max. I had similar feelings when I was 25 (2020😅) of course everyones situation is different but if I could give any advice, all I can say is to just take it day by day, do what you want and recognize that there are many things on this big blue world 🌎that are out of your control. So don’t let it control you. Hope to skate with you one day
Wise words my bro!! Thank you for sharing and I really resonate with what you said. I appreciate you a lot and definitely am waiting for the day that we will be able to skate together🙌
Hell yeah! Ripping!
Appreciate that!!🙌
I’m a 48 yr old Dad who just started skating again after 30 yrs. I coach my son and I coach a HS Lacrosse team. My time on my board is few and far between but it is a stress reliever for sure. If I can give a young guy like you any advice it is to keep grinding, no pun intended. Getting on your board every day will help relieve stress but you have to face the personal challenges head on. There are a ton of jobs in the world. I also went to college and thought I’d be a psychologist. Now, I’m an electrician and a coach in South Carolina. There is a plan, you don’t know it yet but keep banging on doors and one will open. Do not sit back and wait. Go get what you want the same way you push with skateboarding and you will never be wanting.
Thank you for the wisdom my man! Hearing your journey goes to show that we never know what the future holds. Definitely going to keep grinding and will not give up, no matter what🙌
Great body alignment. Getting dynamic. He'll yeah, Brody!!❤
Thank you homie!! Appreciate that🤙
When I started skating when I was in a bad spot mentally and it’s really helped me get over my depression and anxiety just keep pushing in life and on that board you got this
Appreciate you and your own experiences my friend! Thank you for sharing🙌
Still love you
Love you too my brotha🫶

Nice ones dude keep it!!!
Thank you! Will do🙌
Fire tricks
Thank you!😁
And only skaters know how much work/dedication/resilience this little run takes to pull off.
You get it🙌 Appreciate that homie🤙
I just bought that exact helmet the s1 watermelon
Ayyy let’s go twin!🍉
Dope helmet... Also as far as protective gear, id say wrist guards would be more important than knee pads... Before you learn to fall properly, your instincts are to put you hands out to catch yourself and that's a real easy way to break your wrist... And also those fakie shuvs are on point... Keep it up brothaman...
Thanks homie! Definitely appreciate the advice. I for sure feel comfortable riding and know how to roll when falling, but I’ve had some pretty bad hits to my knees earlier on, so it’s more of a mental thing to wear them now lol
@@maxxthemelonheadcool, just figured I'd mention it cuz I've watched more people break their wrist than I can count, and its so easy to prevent. That said though I'm only 34 and my knees are complete dog shit, so I probably would have benefited from some knee pads... What's pretty funny though is when I was a teenager I was so skinny that I couldn't find knee pads small enough to fit , and one of the parks I skated required helmet and knee pads, so I had to wear elbow pads on my knees...
this park looks sick
It was super fun!! Brushy creek skatepark in Austin, Texas!
Rad 👍💯
Thanks homie🤙
Getting it !
😎🙌
🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
🙌🙌🙌
How you liking the wider deck? I skate 8.5” but might move up for more land area
It’s a slippery slope for sure haha since riding the 8.5, I moved all the way up to a 10 inch egg board and am now on a 9.5 inch popsicle. I personally love the bigger boards, but my focus is more on getting bigger ollies up and down things rather than flipping my board right now. Wheelbase is also a huge factor in the board feel and its abilities!
@@maxxthemelonhead same I’m working on my Ollies down gaps too
Tutorial please what kind of wheels are those?
This was a great watch, so many battles and so many makes!
hell yeah
Hellllll yeah homie!!!
😂😂😂
