Soothing Pottery Video: Trimming a flower pot. Very relaxing, no talking
God has beautiful creation. He is so good. So good, that He sent His son Jesus to die on the cross for us to save us from our sins. Three days later he rose again and we can live eternally with Him. Jesus saves. Run to Him. God bless. Any questions? Let me know
How can u stop them from cracking
That’s not wild clay you literally just put that there off camera
Thats the joke
Well photographed which made it very easy to see your process.
You make it look so easy! It's beautiful!
Your work is beautiful. I'm not surprised to hear your numbers. Best wishes for even more future sales!
Just found this channel!Loved this! Infirmative and organized teaching! Looking forward to more.
Great tip! Thank you for sharing!
20:33 Great video on handles. I’m trying to develop a style that I like. 😊
I love you💍 will you become my wife
Very helpful! Good info
Thank you!
I looking forward to giving your pulling style a try. I love how you work the slip as well. Great video!
Excellent, thank you.
Great job! Handles are a challenge for me. I'll take your tips to the workbench and see how it goes ;)
@@maryfarwell-uragallo2373 Best of luck! Dry them nice and slow!
Clearly codesigning your pieces
Those are the cat's food dishes now 😅
I mean that last one looks like a cute spoon holder tbh
Paw-tery :)
😂 yes!! Love it
Ayyy it made out of menace.. sooo take my money..
"Oh look, a Strawberry "
I mean, the 3rd one is the only one that's unsalvageable. Like another commenter said, if you mentioned the cat, 1st and 2nd would probably sell
@@dionemartins0212 you’re prob right! But they’re for a custom order and need to make a perfect stack- chance of warping is very high
@@krystalosmanceramics ah, darn it. Pity, then. Hope the person who ordered is understanding if you end up having to delay it
Make it a fountain
@@motibbs9433 fun idea!
Honestly I'd still buy it. If your cat was mentioned in the description, it'd make me want it more. 😂
😁😁 one of a kind, I suppose!
@@krystalosmanceramics most definitely. Accidents by the cat. ❤️
How is it that you say the cat can't be trusted when you are the one that left the door open a cat can't open a door I would know I have two Certain handles maybe they can try but not the normal handle and yes they can get in and out of some really weird things but if you have that room shut up properly they're not going to get in It's your own fault your Pottery got messed up
You aren’t wrong!
It’s not that serious go outside
I like the suggestion of letting the slip dry down a little before cleaning it up. I think that will help my occasional cracking. Brushing on a little liquid wax around the attachment sight can also be helpful, especially on delicate attachments. Further, if you make a very long handle, for example on a teapot, waxing the entire handle will often allow a long thin handle to dry without cracking.
@@mudminder love that tip!
Would really like to see it finished
I struggled with handles but I tried your methods for pulling and attaching handles. It made a world of difference🥰
@@cindybarowsky9068 yay!!!🎉 I’m SO happy to hear that!! Thanks for reporting back
Bless you!
🎉🎉 literally “cutting corners” anywhere I can 😅
yes, please explain the torch... everyone always says its for firm up the clay but no one ever talks about why / when / how to use it
Thanks for this- I'm going to go try it today. I haven't had much practice with handles and it's quite intimidating at first. You did a great job going step by step.
@@Ellernation keep in mind it takes a lot of practice too! Your handles will improve over time! ❤️
Excellent Demo Krystal 😀🙌💯
Great video! Keep up the great work!
Thanks so much!!
😅😂 this is awesome
😂 it was actually kind of hard to get the clay up there
@@krystalosmanceramics I bet! 25/50 lbs ain't no joke to set up there. Lol
Yes!! Keep being awesome!
@@janetlarue1231 🎉🎉 won’t stop!
🦠🪱🪱Hookworms enter the chat!
😅 worth it
Oh yes all kinds of wonderful parasites as well
U gonna get sick 😅
😂
😂
WHAT is youtube doing to me? I mean I guess Pottery is fun but this fun?! (Maybe I should try it?!)
Yes! You should give it a try!! Trust me!
I just bought beets to make pickled red beet eggs. I can’t find them in a store like in Pa. Haha I am anxiously waiting a few days now.
This was really helpful. Appreciate you explaining WHY at every stage. I'm totally gonna start hanging my handles off the edge of the table like that.
A fabulous video. Thanks and good job!
Ok now, why?
😢 it was cracked
Very informative
Congrats on your new channel.
Amazing video, thank you so much for your teachings and for sharing your techniques.
This is the best explanation and demonstration I have seen for attaching handles. I'm definitely going to use this method on the mugs I have that I will be attaching handles to this week. Thank you!

the whifflenator
This reminds me of a rubber mallet, but on a much softer scale. It's able to absorb the impact and without pushing the force onto the pottery. It's the fun lesson of the day for me! Have a great day 😊
Very nice work! Great tips and tools.
Thanks! 👍
