I am unable to understand What do you mean by reclassify doesn't work. What type of error it is?

Are you asking about the input layers? It is described in the table that is also generated when PCA done. PCA generates new variables from old variables because we have to reduce number of variables while losing minimum information. You can make new raster layer of band 1 that is pc1.

Thanks for your reply. I wanna calculate Remote Sensing Ecological Index (RSEI). That's why, i have to calculate PCA from (NDVI, NDBSI, LST and Wetness). I have already calculated according to your previous video. But I don't actually understand how to do it now RSEI = (1- PC1). I got an output file and a Raster image of PCA which has Red, green and blue bands. Do I separate the first band to consider it PC1?

yes first band is the PC1

you can use any polygon shapefile.
