What they did by speaking out wasn’t merely about voicing their thoughts; they were defending their worth and rights. We should respect NJ’s voices and trust their intentions. The big corp always outcast employees who know their worth. And I believe every NJ member has all the potential to achieve great things after this. Some people who said that none will work with them/ they are only ruining their careers are cowards-could be an enabler of bullying and abuse. Put yourself in the shoes of a mistreated employee. Do you think people would cheer for you? No. More often than not, people are conditioned to ostracize you, much like what NJ members are experiencing now. Their strong stance in upholding their values is undoubtedly influenced by their previous working relationship with their leader/CEO. The company’s propaganda aims to discredit MHJ and ostracize her from the narrative, along with her work and everyone associated with her. Observe how HYBE Labels is treating NJ and V from BTS, for instance. Suddenly, numerous UA-cam creators are joining in to corner MHJ. This is an example of a big company abusing its power to protect itself. How many more stories do people need before they stop being blinded by the power abuses perpetrated by corporations that prioritize profit over people?

The amount of negative comments here is unbelievable. I really don't understand why people want to spread hate on social media instead of just supporting. We are just fans, and there is not much we can do, literally just support and wait for good news or at worst bad news...Another thing they do is create reality among the idols, I really hope that the people who do this are just immature children, because if you are a grown adult with a minimum of notion, you will understand. It's okay to not like a group, but the moment you make unnecessary and hurtful comments about them, You lose your reason, and you will just be one of those people that nobody likes. The members are unhappy with their agency, ADOR, and have given them a legal warning to fix contract issues within 14 days. If not, they might leave the company. On top of that, there’s a big fight between ADOR's former CEO, Min Hee Jin, and the parent company, HYBE. This has disrupted the group’s activities, like releasing new music or holding fan events, leaving fans worried about their future.

At the cost of their careers, knowing all the risks being laid out against them, yet having the courage to speak out against a multi million dollar company. Im so proud of them and i will continue to support them no matter what happens.

Idk why people are hating on them. The first time I heard New Jeans 👖. I knew that they are unique and not on the “kpop” trend. The creativity of the whole concept and songs of the group is possible becuase of MHJ. And rumours and assumptions are overshadowing that fact. I agree with Daniel. They have their own vision of how their group should be and I stan for that. ❤ Its obvious why they respect each other. MHJ creativity is possible through New Jeans members. Their talent and looks complement her vision. Its normal to be selected because of these… just like movie auditions, they make sure they find the perfect human to bring a character from a book to life.

It’s not about being “ignored” because nobody ignored her. It’s about being ostracized by the entire company and with the higher ups, and being lied to and gaslit about your experience, especially as a foreigner where you don’t have complete understanding of what’s going on when it’s going on. She recorded the meeting because she was afraid of misunderstanding, which isn’t a fear she should have. She should have confidence that if she’s misunderstanding something that her higher ups will explain it to her in simpler terms. She should have the confidence that these people have her back or will even help her understand anything she’s done wrong. Nobody even explained to these girls what was going on with their CEO and producer. They just fired her and let her remain the producer. In a company as small as ADOR, they should at the very least get that kind of explanation, and let them know what that means for their futures as NEWJEANS. It’s not like SM where Lee SooMan leaves and it doesn’t affect the artists. It’s more like JYP where he’s closer to his artists as their producer and creative director. I think if he decided to leave, he’d tell his artists personally because of this. At least in a meeting setting. According to NewJeans, they’ve never felt supported by HYBE, which is why they want MHJ back so badly. Because they felt more supported with her (just baseline, I know about the other things). Without her, they feel ostracized, and the company keeps proving that to them with the lies and such
