The Level of sass when he draws out AZIRAPHALE, to correct Fufu, is OFF the charts!! It's honestly my favourite Azi line in all 2 seasons, and Neil/Michael are gonna have a tough job topping it in s3!

I have watched this clip an ungodly amount of times now. Not just to torture myself on constant loop over Aziraphale and Crowley until Season 3, because that is my life now I have accepted that lol. Mostly because of the actors, Michael and David are flawless. The whole raft of emotions that sweeps across Michael Sheen's... well brow because you can't even see his whole face. The way David fractionally deepens the kiss when Aziraphale/Michael responds slightly. Even the way Michael's hands go from tensed to relaxed as he starts to embrace Crowley/David and back to contorted in fear as he panics again. How do you even rehearse and plan that level of emotional complexity in a 12 second kiss, surely you can't. I am obsessed!

It might be hard to see Aziraphale’s response at regular speed but even so you can see his hands grab Crowley by the waist and shoulder. That is as heartbreaking as knowing the outcome of Crowley’s desperation. And of course Aziraphale nearly mouthing “I love you”. That’s the tragedy here, for me anyway. Both end up inconsolable.
