    Could you illustrate this point to me please? Even though we classify 'advice' as an uncountable n. but we still put 'an' before the word. Why?

    Good day sir. May I ask you a question about the pronunciation of "the" United Kingdom, do you use "[ðə]" or "[ði]", I truly appreciate you. Have a blessed day.

    • @englishtoday112
      @englishtoday112 7 місяців тому

      Hello! It's commonly used "[ði]"-"DI" United Kingdom. This rule is not so strict and don't think that you're making a huge mistake if you pronounce it a little bit towards "[ðə]".

Whatever You are the best english teacher that I've ever have.

      "She put me off" is in the past tense :) "She puts me off" is in the present. I'm glad that you like my lessons, Alexandru. Have a great day!

    The correct question is : WHAT do you call a person who doesn't have any emotions ?. Because you're referring to a noun. "How" is incorrect in this context. The word "how" has another idea or sense in this kind of questions, it refers to the way or method. Example: How do you call your brother ?. It means; - Do you scream ?. - Do you yell his name ?. etc...

    I'm wondering if there is any differences between "do shopping" and "go shopping". 🤔 Thanks a lot for your lesson!!

    • @fredylopez2477
      @fredylopez2477 Місяць тому

      There's a little mistake, it's "If there ARE any mistakeS" "Do THE shopping". (not do shopping). It means to buy food and things you need for home. "go shopping" It means you go to buy clothes or accesories and sometimes you have fun doing that. Thanks for reading my comment.
