Ustedes trabajadores de nuestros hoteles, cuidenlos, mientras más los cuidan, más gentes van, en cuanto a su limpieza, delicadeza, atención, sonrisas, al menos yo no espero que me sirvan, yo me sirvo como si estuviera en casa, es su lugar de trabajo, no sean pesados, Sean cordiales, humildes. Ustedes son de los buenos, conozco algunos hoteles, y es salido de los mismo dejando gentes preciosas que saben trabajar con gentes. Dios bendigas a todos por igual.
Muy de acuerdo con usted, fue nuestra primera visita a GP Punta Cana y quedamos encantados. ☺️
He ido 3 veces al grand Plladium. Si Dios quieres un día volveré, se disfruta, se goza hay de todo, de todo. Fuera del TRS, si no te ubicarte en él, puede visitar todos los demás, tienes 50 mil restaurantes que puede visitar, mil piscina en la que te puede sambullir. Me gusta, se lo recomiendo. Buenísimo. Recuerdo al sport bar, al sitio aquel de las canas, un restaurante cerca del mar, bajo las uvas. Un día volveré.😂

Hi! ** Access to the wet areas (hot tubs, pool, sauna and steam baths) in our Zentropia Palladium Spa & Wellnesscenters will have a $10USD fee per guest, per day for Grand Palladium´s guests. Our Royal Suites guests and Palladium Travel Club members have their entrance included in their stay. Also there will be offers and special attentions towards our guests. Also, guests who purchase any of our spa treatments at Zentropia Palladium Spa & Wellness will be given free access to our wet areas that day. Hope this info from the official website helps! 😊

You have both options! If you decide during your stay that you want to try the spa and enjoy a massage you can book it and pay right away or they can charge it to your room and you’ll take care of that additional charge at checkout! 😊
