Thank you so much for this. Very clear and very informative. I showed this to students in my course on Managing Project Procurement (part of a Diploma of Project Management). Each section prompted quite a bit of discussion, research and brainstorming of ideas, e.g. "Define Requirements" led to talk about what specific quality standards are relevant, does the supplier have to have a similar culture to our organisation, how do we analyse our company to decide what we really need and so on. It actually took us more than half an hour to watch because it raises so many important points and contains so many valuable discussion starters. I found this a valuable addition to my class. Thank you again for sharing it.

Armored vehicles plant in Stalowa Wola, (Expansion), HSW and PGZ, 380 million euro, deadline 2024, new IFV Borsuk, new AC Waran, more SPAG Krab, and ACP vehicles. Defense. 3. Ammunition plants, (Expansion), PGZ group, 250 mn euro, deadline 2024, increase artillery ammunition, missile, mine, explosive materials production. Defense. 4. Stocznia Wojenna PGZ, (Expansion), PGZ 250 mn euro, deadline 2024, increase warships shipyard capacity, start new frigates Miecznik. Defense. 5. FSRU LNG in Gdansk, (Project), deadline 2028, annual reload capacity 6 million ton LNG and gas pipeline to Central Poland. 6.
