Bono is a lyrical prophet of such beauty and speaks about whats about to become now. This is the climax of all his works. Seek what he has to say. u2 is a galactic machine of Many life forms all being spiritually aligned, illuminated, and using the influences of music, time travel, and love among the United to bring a message of the future with accuracy and musical elevation that's euphoric and feels familiar to every human. I love electrical storm. And who but I, the SON OF MAN understands the eternal soul of humanity when United alongside with the fullness of the subliminal understanding of Nikolai Tesla's purple Electrum, a powerful electrical force that we can and will harness that's actually billions of volts in comparative electrical output power. U KNOW IT BABY!
My first show was 6/22/83 on the War tour and I’ve seen every tour since, but I’d already thrown $ away buying tix for this tour when I saw what U2 was peddling in 2017. Pimping 30 year old songs and going through the motions after pulling a finished new record because Hillary didn’t win. This tour was/is to keep them in private jets & multiple homes and they pulled the record because they thought it might flop. Never had less respect for a band. A business decision like Trump would have made. All about the $ and a chance to lecture me between songs tribute bands would play more passionately. I gave my tickets away rather than get gouged one more time by parking to see a weak rock show and get preached at by the front man. The J Tree show 12/5/87 was the one to see. Don’t spend it all in one place, lads-no more where that came from, at least from my wallet. Plenty of other bands out there that spare me the save the world pose.
@Brinson Harris so Brinson I’ve heard about that 12/5/87 show at the old Sombrero, everyone says it was so cold but that band was at their peak. I saw them 3/17/92 for the St Patrick’s Day ZooTV show in Boston and to this day that’s the loudest crowd I’ve ever been in, that’s when they were ground breaking live shows. Seen them a few times since but by 2010 or so I thought they should retire, the way REM retired. There’s really nothing left for them.
I think U2 are pretty cool about everything ...So the guy sells his guitar on Ebay with some bona fide footage...So what , its not worth that much, as it does not belong to the Edge or Bonehead...Live and Let Live, .
I have no problem with the fans in this video. Let them enjoy the full experience of meeting and greeting. This is what U2 signed up for and they are the ones who owe it to the fans. It's part of the business. Without the fans, these guys have no career. Who cares if the guy sells the guitar on ebay. Why question him? Maybe he is a huge fan and wants to keep it as a collectors item. U2 charges enough for tickets and albums. I like U2 but they should meet the people who buy their merchandise and tickets. I give The Edge credit for sticking it out and signing and photo ops.
Fans like that creep me out. Going to miss the NY shows but last few albums were not good. Unless they return I will stick with the thirty plus times I have seen them. Including many earlier 1980's shows. Four on original Joshua tree alone.
15 years!!!!! BIG DEAL!!! Like they owe you for listening to them for part of their career. I have been following their music for 37 years and they don't owe me a thing! Miguel begs for an autograph from Edge and Bono, then ...."one more thing man! one more thing!" Gives Edge some other form of pathetic self promotion. Why not ask them to be part of your Herbalife team while you are at it. They are nice enough to take time to say hello. Say hello, then let it go!!!!! And yes, I'd bet for sure the guitar has been sold or will be with the added value of the autographs. These guys know what you were doing. They just realize how pathetic you are and didn't want to waste the time acknowledging what a pushy person you were when you met them. Btw_ the dude said "no autographs"!!!!
Robert Gregory especially considering that 15 years ago U2 was already in decline, at least relative to their earlier selves. If you thought the last 15 years was good you should have been around for the previous 20..... they were something else
As cool as it would be to meet them or anyone else I don't want to look like those people ever it's just rly embarrassing begging someone for an autograph or picture then again I'm a Neil Peart fan...
Agreed. I'd be good with a handshake, and telling them thanks for the music. I'd rather be forgotten for being low-key, than to be remembered for pleading for an autograph and passing along a business card.
We drove down from Jacksonville. Thirty-five miles away the glass on our sunroof blew off during the pouring rain. We sat under an awning in Plant City for FOUR HOURS. I finally rigged some plastic over the hole in the roof, drove only 60 mph, ended up holding the plastic with one hand and driving with the other. We got to the stadium just as they began playing the first song. We got to our seats by the 4th or 5th. After all of the drama, it was still SO worth it.
Bono offed Chester Bennibgton
The fans who met the bandmembers of U2 are so lucky!!

THE BEST MAN OF THE WORLD, BONO!!!

Keep breathing :-)
So that’s what brain murphy or Bono’s bodyguard sounds like
Love Bono's reaction when that woman says she liked the Spiderman Musical lol
"15 years"?!?! What a conman. I'm 36 and I've been listening to them for 31 years!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Americans are goddamn painful.
Bono is starting to look like Pennywise, the Killer Clown from the Movie "It"
4:04 priceless isnt it?

Luv the arrival. It's like a presidental arrival. I wanna meet Bono and Brian. Not crazy, but been following them since zoo tv.
I think U2 are pretty cool about everything ...So the guy sells his guitar on Ebay with some bona fide footage...So what , its not worth that much, as it does not belong to the Edge or Bonehead...Live and Let Live, .
and then it was time for some all out hard core fork lift racing.
So where's the other two guys in the band...what's their names again?

15 years guy lol,saw them in small clubs in Dublin (my hometown) in the early 80s and from there on in every album since the first.
Lucky you. My first U2 gig was 1987 Orange Bowl, Miami. I'm the guy in the video.
Bet he sells that guitar on eBay
Why are there people in a cage in the background?
they must feel like snapping all those bloody phones down....nightmare....and what is with the brolly over bono's head!! no one else has one!!!
Omg, how fantastic! I'd be the one fainted on the ground. Lucky lucky friend
bet they are sorry they walked out there...
these guys don't owe anyone anything. leave these poor guys alone..
They stopped for the fans!
Fans like that creep me out. Going to miss the NY shows but last few albums were not good. Unless they return I will stick with the thirty plus times I have seen them. Including many earlier 1980's shows. Four on original Joshua tree alone.
Here come the tax dodgers who sit by while their fans are ripped off. Ive gone right off them.
If you've gone off them, some may wonder why you have bothered coming here in the first place. #LiveAndLetLive
Just to see how far their egos have inflated.
Travis Bickle As long as you're happy. #Ciao

"as long as it doesn't go on sale" Legend

Hey Robert get a life. What is it to you what I say to Bono and the Edge. The guitar will never be sold.
