If you want to play against brutal AIs with superweapons but they without it - play on maps like this where AI not able to place superweapon buildings due to not enough space. I see that building place exists, is it a bug?

One of the hardest map for me at this position though it may look easy from first glance. No hills, flat surface. And the complexity as always depends on Soviet and Yuri enemies count.

It is Yuri AI, it was not able to build because of relief
