The Sports Video Group (SVG) Europe channel includes content from SVG Europe's in-person and online events as well as sports broadcasting industry news and information from its partners and sponsors.
SVG Europe supports the professional community in Europe that uses video, audio, and broadband technologies to produce and distribute sports content. Through SVG Europe, leagues, owners, teams, broadcasters, producers, OB companies and technology providers learn from each other, turn vision into reality, and implement new innovations.
Sharing these experiences leads to advancements both in the sports production/distribution process and in the overall consumer sports experience.

I'm not aware of anyone who provides this. At EVS we have a few but this is with the strict permission of using them only for training purposes.
