I didn’t have a single clue how to start a business, but your calm, no-nonsense approach made it seem not only possible but inevitable. I stayed up all night binge-watching your entire playlist. By the next morning, I was ready to make my first move. I scrounged up what little savings I had-just under $200-and I bought a domain name. I didn’t have a clue what I was doing, but I followed your advice religiously. Niche down, find your audience, build a brand story. I designed some simple t-shirts with a minimalist aesthetic, nothing too crazy. But I knew I needed to stand out, so I decided to focus on a dark, ironic sense of humor-something that felt like a reflection of my own existential crisis. I took your advice about Instagram marketing, influencers, and ads. It felt slow at first. I was lucky to sell a few shirts a week. Then, everything changed when one of my designs went viral. It was just a t-shirt with a single line of text: “Capitalism Ruined My Life.” That shirt caught fire. The irony, right? Selling anti-capitalism merch in the middle of the capitalist machine. But that’s the world we live in. Orders flooded in overnight. From there, it was a whirlwind. I scaled up quickly, reinvesting every dollar into new designs, better materials, and marketing campaigns. Within six months, I’d made six figures. By the end of the year, I was sitting on half a million in revenue. I hired a team. I got a warehouse. Hell, I even bought my parents a new house. But here’s the part that’s going to sound shocking-and maybe even a little crazy. I realized along the way that it wasn’t just the money that changed my life. It was the freedom. I no longer felt trapped by the 9-to-5 grind or the expectations of others. I was living on my own terms, and it all started with your videos. Now, I won’t lie, it hasn’t all been easy. what about print on demand?

Me as a manufacturer found lots of clothing brand owners don't know about the designs, mock ups and tech pack they straight sent me PNG/JPG low quality design files that mostly designed in canva/kittl using free templates which are in very low quality these type of designs are always difficult to print as printing machines like DTG/DTF, and embroidery required high quality pixels design files for high quality printing, so most of the times I have to edit the design files myself to make them in good quality which takes lots of times, so I recommend to everyone make sure to make high quality design files, mock ups, and tech packs

Great explanations bro, I have been in Alibaba since 2019-2023 but didn't upgrade my manufacturer membership last year due to high number of fake RFQs so I started through social media and now I am working on the social media platforms as a clothing manufacturer and so far worked with more than 200 clothing brands, we always provide samples to our customers first so they can test the quality of the product before they order in bulk quantity, no doubt the quality and timeline is very important for every clothing brand 👕❤
