Have never been 100% carnivore but have been 100% vegan. I did not find good health long term as a vegan. I have found a lot better health with a very low carb diet that is heavily meat based. No point in arguing with those who disagree. You do you, I'll do me.

@ReviveandThrive5 I love coffee enemas. I try not to use coffee enemas very frequently because coffee is acidic. I use more herbal bulb enemas and let the herbs fully absorb during the day or during the night. I wear a pad for any enema leakage that may occur.

Desire and urge to "feel confident in crowds" is shyness - it is not social anxiety. It appears as the same - but there is a huge difference. Shyness is fear of unknown general feeling of apprehension in social interactions. Social anxiety on the other hand is being abused, in childhood and adulthood, being oppressed, in poverty, in mobbing job that we can't quit due to no finances, no ability to relocate and find another shelter. That is social anxiety - plagued with harsh inner critic. On the other hand - shy person has money, family, friends - and their fears are related to narcissism and ego - but there is no abuse. CBT sees only shy people due to Researcher Bias - where shy people are loud and they talk a lot - which is clue that shy people do not have medical social anxiety - and their talking is picked up by CBT - and CBT then comes up with shy methods about social anxiety: exposure, breathing and role playing - which cannot and does not help with true medical social anxiety - this CBT methods only help with shyness and nothing else. CBT ought to be banned because it is horribly flawed and dangerous therapy of misdiagnosis and errors. Social anxiety is complex trauma. Shyness is being irrational and imagining the abuse where there is none and it stems from entitlement.
