      He was playing with him that is why. My son is not that level, but a college wrestler and on off season he trains with HS kids and does that to them. Anyone that never wrestled, get on a mat for fun and see what it is like to mess with a wrestler. I have a bit of knowledge to hang, but one slick move I am done.

    A whole lot of unnecessary jumping around for nothing. Good at wrestling so why not focus on getting good at jiu jitsu because that sure as hell ain’t it. You’re like the typical spazzy white belt

    This beast just needs to learn some nitty gritty details, like a high level sub system from front head being a real good idea, to win the next CJI

      @@Graffight when u wrestle you’re on a mat it’s like bjj but no submissions. Hes basically a purple belt. It all depends on individual… an individual who knows body mechanics and wrestling will learn bjj way faster than someone just starting. It doesn’t matter…

    • @Graffight
      @Graffight Місяць тому

      @@lclement04 that's partially true but yes it definitely matters how long you've been doing jujitsu... The skill set, the thought process and the number of moves are vastly different between wrestling and bjj... I've done both. Yes having wrestling as a foundation helps a great deal, but you still have to actually learn jujitsu... But none of that matters I wasn't trying to start an argument I just want to know how long he's been training bjj.

      @@reconron7808he's a wrestler right ? A lot of wrestlers respect the foot sweeps and a lot ''foot fighting'' if I may... Cause of the difficulty and the fact that wrestling is basically just rolling compared to the bjj submissions ending fights situation. Sweeps, foot positioning and blocking in the toreondo style of passing is key and complementary for bjj, judo and wrestling
