did a factory reset from android settings as player was very sluggish and crashed all the time , and to my surprise company seems to be fooling customers with inflated specs, for example, RAM in my head android settings says 1Gb where woodman cheaters have changed config xml files to reflect in their custom settings to read 2GB. Company claimed my player supports FULL HD resolution which is 1080P, where as actual as per android settings max resolution is 600p which is not even half HD or no HD at all. technical support is completely crap. Technician will call on whatsapp so that calls can't be recorded, and will probably highlight his poor technical competency. he will only give two answers, ship your system to their delhi address and second solution he will says your system is old, so better u should get fooled again by buying a new system from them again. If you ask them to mail your firmware, they will no do it. agama car launcher which they give preinstalled is not licensed but a cracked moded app which is also not added to firmware, so if you do factory reset of Android OS, this software will go away like any other installed apps. Do not get fooled by their paid review videos. Install fake device test app on this head unit and you will see how this company is fooling you. even they change android version number as well in config to fool customers. Also there is no software update because they are installing modified Chinese firmware

I recently purchased X1 model woodman. I saw so many reviews and trusted the brand. On installing this is cheap Chinese brand modified in India , And cheating Indian Market as Make in India product. It has Android 10 version and not update possible. Carplay not working , phone does not find. Fooling people with big names for cheap quality. I paid 20k premium brand price for cheap 10K Chinese product. support team cover there "A". no warranty covered and replacement.
