Dog Story
a dog got lost in a big city. He wandered into a science museum, where he found a room full of mirrors.
As he looked around, he saw himself surrounded by many other dogs-but they were just reflections of himself. He became frightened and prepared to attack, noticing that all the "other dogs" were also ready to attack. He barked, and they all barked back. He approached one mirror and jumped to attack the dog in the reflection, only to see that the other dog jumped to attack him too.
Hours later, the museum’s caretaker found the dog lying on the floor, lifeless-he and his reflections had perished due to his own fear and aggression.
Another dog entered the museum. He saw many dogs around him and smiled. They all smiled back at him. Wanting to play, he noticed that they all wanted to play too. He approached one of the dogs, and he approached him in return. He spent his time in the room happily playing with all the dogs until he was found and returned to his owner.
Life is like a big mirror. If you can’t face it, you’ll end up destroying yourself. Don’t ask, "Why is this happening to me?" Instead, think about what you’re doing and how you’re treating the people around you. If you only see the bad in people, that’s what they will see in you.
