@Cignus Philippines... will this get a 5G software upgrade (if that's even possible)? reason i'm asking is that our subdivision is in a cellular dead-spot.. no other network goes thru when we are inside our house unless it is 5G. Thank you and hope to hear from you.

It wouldnt work at trinoma because ayala malls seem to hate the Smart cellular network. Does the device support non Cignus groups? I.e. can it communicate with non cignus devices and or software?

Probably not, it goes through a POC network (Push-to-talk over cellular) network. Basically it needs signal from cell towers to function.
