All the people in the comments really saying that these women are not Catholic because they chose to walk among us like ourselves. They are more akin to Jesus than you for doing that, showing their love of God and the Holy Spirit through their actions and service and removing the sacred garbs in order to be seen as an equal just as The Messiah did has no dictation on their ability to do good for this world. They are more Catholic than you are, and this is coming from an agnostic student at this university. Have some dignity. If being a good person is separate from being Catholic because of their clothes just because they are choosing to embrace modernity, then maybe being Catholic sucks. I'm certain your poly-cotton blouse makes you just as unholy as you claim these women to be.

I realize that most of the sisters said they do not want to wear habits....as someone who was educated by sisters, their habit and way of life was other worldly and inspirational. I am sorry that that time is lost.

I just completely my one week treatment ,and I got good results being cured I was about to kill myself because I have it for many years now, so lucky. I saw a doctor #drehimen he prepare the medicine and send it I just completely my treatment recently Am so excited '

It always seemed to me that women who became sisters, and men who became monks and friars. Had to be brainwashed. There seems a element of a cult like atmosphere in that way of life.

Now in 2021, there are lots of blind people who can't see the social consequences of not caring enough for others. Please, let's clear our eyes and help others who need that little love we all have inside as the human being everyone says we are. This is not just an education problem but a social problem.

I don't know if sisters of this order served as nurses at Saint Joseph Hospital, in Orange County, CA, in 1959, but I am grateful to them, because they prayed for me after I was born at 29 weeks. God has blessed me with good health, and I give thanks!
