Horse racing is a disgusting industry. I love horses and I love working with and riding them. Unfortunately, due to my love, appreciation, and respect for equines, I am vehemently against this and other exploitative horse sports. Too many are dying and being proven to be trained with abusive methods. I don’t even need to explain what is wrong with the racing industry. The numerous deaths throughout the year, every year, speak for themselves. There could be a right way but we are far from that currently. Very sad and disappointed to see it condoned…too many horses dead m, injured, and sent off to slaughter because of these selfish people. It’s heartbreaking and it’s just plain wrong.

I love horse talk! I started out loving horses as a young teen as my family couldn’t afford a horse, however, there was a guy across from my high school that wasn’t too far away had horses on his farm. I loved them so much I remember skipping school and doing my homework in the field and could gaze at the horses for hours! Well to make a long story short…. After college, I bought my first horse and thru the learning of training my horse (Gemini-Morgan Mare) I learned so many life skills and knowledge about myself! I did nothing but GAIN from that experience!!! Soon there after I taught life skills to children from the charter schools under a non profit named “Horses for the Spirit”. I definitely recommend trying out a local group if you have one. I believe they might even be online too. I was almost thinking of creating one. I miss my horses so much. Ok well good luck with your channel! ;)
