Remove clutch cover, centre floor cover and right side floor bolts, prop up floor with a short piece of 2x4, and hook front plastic fire wall by that corner bolt hole, pull up slightly ,couple of inches or so. Now you can remove shaft by moving it back to get around brace and go straight out front without taking anything else apart.

For anyone about to do this job found an easier way to do it, when going to remove prop unbolt and pull it fully towards the bull bar until the part on the rear diff spline is completely off then push front diff back into position and rebolt which rear of prop is off the rear diff. Then get the front of the prop off the front diffs spline then you should be able to unbolt front diff and pull it towards the bull bar and upwards almost as if you’re turning it 90° and you should have enough space to pull it through the front once you’ve removed the bull bar. Saves you having to disassemble the full clutch assembly

I was in 3rd, I run hipers now, super low weight and very strong. To answer the question how I like my yfzr, I love it! I own a 250r and banshee, I've owned a 04yfz, I've raced mx on a 07 trx. If your looking for a good mx quad, this one has the most impressive handling and stock suspension I've experienced. I ride mx all the time and I haven't touched the suspension yet! The efi is nice but its a hassle to tune if ur used to carb.

What gear were you in? 2nd or 3rd? just wondering

Dang dude I did a 60 foot duble and over shot it by 20 feet. It bend my axil,rim,frame, cracked my hip and hurt my pride lol. I was the first one on a quad to attempt it. anyways sick jump how do you like your YFZR I am planning on getting one

If you pause at the right time you can see the right rear wheel looks like its halfway undergound...as for your nuts....ouch. Id bet your tire pressure was too low....thats waht caused the bends. Cause that wasnt a huge flatland...Dont run hipers either. DWT FTW!

Yea, I'm not real sure how or why they bent but the track was hard packed and this video does not do justice to the actual impact, I hit hard enough to set off my roll over sensor and that is why my engine died. All I know is I now run hiper rims
