Is the Dragon Ball Evolve Vegeta figure any good?

My standards when it comes to action figures are very high, and I’m not afraid to call it like I see it, regardless of which company made it. If something is good then I’ll give credit where credit is due; however, if the figure is bad, then I won’t hold back. My ideal figure has yet to exist, but I hope one day I’ll be able to create and share it with the rest of the community.
