Me ubiece gustado verlo a Chuk y Bruce
They should try in the mix martial arts also.
While chuck Norris was 7 times world champion. It is of different ways and rules. I wish he participated in the All japan karate Kumite. So he can apply those karate styles he uses in American or world tournament. That goes to other Americans who are called american fighters because they are always being seen fighting with even high kicks.
So, did the Karate Kid movie steal the sweep the leg line from Ed Parker talking to Benny "The Jet" Urquidez @12:45? 😁 👍
☯️🪷 Sahasrara Mantra Vum 🪷☯️
All these are from Bodhidharma Tamil Kanchipuram Pallava Dynasty.
Benny was an acrobat disguised as a karate fighter.
Wow, this is gold; great upload.
Ohh my budda.
Point fighting just prepared these guys for full contact . It made them successful. In the future.
Not impressed
Great seeing the old great Ed Parker again Great clips sir
Name move
The Man that globalize full contact karate later to be known as, kickboxing. Can’t wait to see the autobiography film about him. I heard Keanu Reeves will be producing it, should be interesting.
Chuck norris was american master not worldchampion. He never compete against Europa masters like tikky donovan .
Bruse.lee legend
Chuk nories the best .
Great vid. Takes me back to my tournament days 😊
This was good Mickey Mouse karate a good streetfighter can defeat him easily. It’s just a big show.
Wow! Super cool. Benny came to Hawaii when I was a kid. He fought a huge guy. Must've gave him forty, fifty pounds I imagine. Not sure what round it was, but Benny jumped up with a super high roundhouse kick to his head. Knocked the man out cold. Was like from a movie. Totally badass. This footage brought the memories back. Thanks. Aloha!
Good story, I studied under Benny in 1974 and saw him fight a fellow in a very similar situation. Benny hit the guy in the head with a jump, spinning heel kick. The guy didn't know what hit him.
@kagemcguire2628 The man is amazing... and super humble. Perfect role model. Aloha!
@@gregkiyuna6029 I read about that fight. That was the World Series of Martial Arts I believe in 1974.
@Rico-ow3ys Yup. That would be around that time, I believe. I would be ten years old then. Thanks for the info. There would no way I would have figured that out. That event stuck with me fifty years. Benny was definitely baddass. Aloha friend.
@gregkiyuna6029 You are welcome. And yes Benny was a badass. But also one of the coolest people I've ever met. Thanks
I haven't seen some of these guys in years, they were the masters when I was a kid coming up.
He was the best

OSS
Oh my! Great big thanks for this!
Back when sports had good sports.😅
😼😻👍👍🙋👣👣🌍🦅
Got to meet The Jet in Long Beach a few years ago. Super cool guy. Awesome to see this video!
Benny was almost supernatural, but that first spinning hook kick to Kurban was not a point. Benny was a scrapper. Kurban was a superb technician. Two of the best EVER.
Tang soo do.......o verdadeiro karatê coreano
Me encanta mucho esta escena ❤❤❤❤😂😅
Enjoyed the video as a 15 year old in the mid 70s I used to train at Rhee Ki-Ha’s TaeKwonDo Academy in Glasgow I lived in Moodiesburn North Lanarkshire, Scotland Travelled an hour and a half each way on the bus. After training on Saturdays I would frequent a. small shop across from Buchanan bus station with “specialist magazines “ and a gentleman with a white coat. I would buy Karate illustrated ,official karate ,blackbelt magazine ( honest ). I would read about fighters like Benny Urquidez i’m his brother Arnold brother-in-law Binky Rodriquez, John Natividad, Darnell Garcia, Cecil Peoples. So it was great to see these guys from that era. I would love to have seen more Footage of the Ticky Donovan Vs Benny Urquidez fight. Thanks for the memories cheers Jim.
Complete tosh light contact is for girls This rubbish is just light kicking and punching you don't even need to be a white belt for this absolute rubbish
I miss these times. MMA ruined it.
Black clothes karate or white?
I absolutely remember ROY KURBAN from Dallas, Texas, when I use to live in Dallas, also.
Great channel you have. Thanks for all the posts!
Who’s the fighter at 6:15
He was legit. He actually fought. Not a UA-cam martial artist.
