How disgusting to know about such a huge name in online shopping that is not bothered to communicate or followup with its customers abroad...You should have written SCAM in the title considering how much you've paid for the outfits and none of them looks like the photos plus the fabric and sizing is not perfect either... I would suggest not to order from Laam instead order from well know brands in Pakistan. At least they will send you what outfit you select and quality would be better.

I ordered from Laam in Feb 2022. They gave me estimated delivery of Mar 30. I got the delivery mid of april and they did not send me the outfits that i ordered. Its scam. I have ordered from Laam before but quality is really poor. Some outfits look good in pictures, when you get them, they r not that good.

I am lil confuse about laam sizing mainly I. Chest area, even xl seems small in my end even though I wear L size in US

Be careful before you order from them. I ordered 4 dresses on March 2021. They didn’t send me my dresses on time. After 3/4 months they send me email to make more payment for the dresses even though I paid everything at the beginning, then I sent them all the proof of my payment. they send me 3rd dress which was in terrible condition. The dress was around PKR60000. When I received it it had pencil marks everywhere, it didn’t have any lining, it is so uncomfortable to wear. They couldn’t send my 4th dress even after 5 months, then I asked them to refund my money, it has been a long they are not giving my money back. In these 5 months I probably sent 100+ emails to them. I am so tired of dealing with this people. I would never purchase anything from them again. The amount of stress I got because of them is unbelievable. Now I worried that they will not give my money back, and they might block me so that I can’t make any comment on their posts.

Hi, After reading some comments on here about Laam being poor in communication and reading multiple reviews online about Laam taking ages to deliver their products, well I just thought I’d talk about my experience. So I have a feeling Laam have listened to peoples reviews and have actually provided me with an awesome service! I will most definitely be ordering again! I received my order yesterday and was really impressed with the quality of the clothes and the quick speed it took for the items to arrive from Lahore to the UK!!! However I did want to mention that one of the Sobia Nazir outfits have a missing border, and I know this is the case because I have 2 identical suits in different colours, one of the suits has the border included that is mentioned in the description and the other has not! I am honestly gutted about that as it completely changes the look of the outfit by it not looking as effective! Personally I’d love it if I could be discounted since I now have to purchase a border trimming from another shop! Overall though I’m very impressed and guarantee that I will be ordering again! Lool btw the above is just copied and pasted from my email to Laam! Also just wanted to add, shipping only took 8 days which now allows me plenty of time to get all my outfits sewn for Eid!

Hi, so i made an order to Laam in early April and received my items today. I was expecting this to be a long process so the 2+months wait was ok. One item that i really wanted early is the only thing that is missing and will be dispatched in July, which sucks because the wedding I need it for is in June. Anyways, I received 6 items (5 clothing and 1 shoes). Outfits from a brand called Panache are surprising poorly stitched. Please avoid and so see-through despite having lining. One from a brand called Mannat isn't great either. Odd fitting. One Edenrobe kurta is really nice and my shoes.. well i ordered red khusse, somehow ended up with red sandals. So i have emailed and WhatsApped today.. wish me luck😕
