Carving the turkey white meat works much better if you cut the entire half breast away from the ribs and other bones, then on a separate cutting board you can slice the meat evenly across the grain. @mike584 first time i was back to see them since 1999 at the Birchhill in NJ.(had kids right after that so i have not been out much) Glad i got out to see them again. I cant wait for the next one.

@sailormn1 I was there too. I've seen BLS numerous times before this show but this in particular was a RELIGIOUS EXPERIENCE for me. He was top notch that night.
