total crap..how is this assembled? the axel never fit in.
I had trouble installing the axle as well just had to use more strength than usual... well I'm just installing it tonight (Christmas eve) so when my daughter wakes up she sees it... but guess what... the lights dont turn on and reverse dont work. Totally disappointed 👎. Will be returning this ASAP

This video stated it had a "Lithium-Ion" battery. My question is: have the new Eco Smart scooters started shipping with "lithium-Ion" batteries? My Eco-Smart scooter has lead-acid batteries in it and I would love to upgrade to the Lithium-Ion batteries if possible. Thanks.
It actually has 3 lead-acid batteries, not lithium ion. If you're looking for a zippy scooter woth long range, get a Hiboy s2 Pro. It has lithium-ion batteries, battery indicater, headlight/taillight, speedometer etc. It goes 19mph with a range of up to 25 miles per charge!
