This is a palette / art romhack of Sonic the Hedgehog 2. Sonic is using a santa hat and I think eggman is Santa Claus OH NO!
Also some songs are changed and Mecha Sonic is actually Metal Sonic with Christmas disguise.

Thanks for the bonus video! And also, a small fun fact: What you see after the monitor is broken is actually what the original version of this hack looked like. But I felt like something was missing (no pun intended). Because yeah, it's empty and has no music, but without some context or narrative it doesn't really have that wham factor. So that's where the dark filters and screwed up music came into play.
