we recentluy bought one (Cardiovit CS200 Excellence) last weeek, once the unit is powered the program opens just fine but when you close it we have difficult to reopen it again because we dnt have the provision to log on one of any users(Diagnostic, Administrator and Technician) provided. Kindly help
