Your things are so cute, but a you have to give up to go and sell is simply criminal. Shame on them charging you 10% plus table cost. I have not done any yet, but am not sure it would be worth it. That is so disappointing. I sure hope you do sell enough to get enough to buy more supplies.

I made something similar for my kids when they were little - mine was a small pillow with a pocket to put the tooth & money - and they loved it. I also got to keep most of their baby teeth (the ones that weren't swallowed... Lol). Great idea, I love it! ❤❤❤

I was watching another seasoned crafter, that she expressed she held a small area to the back of her booth with clearance items and then at other shows she expressed a free gift with a large $ amount purchase.

I mark items from prior years down. I'm tired of warehousing items each year so time to make cheaper and move them.

After doing craft fairs for many years, my suggestion to you is take your notebooks out of the plastic bags. Bundle them and tie with ribbon, bells etc. Don't put everything in baskets. Also the economy changes year to year your prices have to reflect that and if you have some lower priced items it will bring people to your booth. Good luck!!

I just love ALL your craft fair ideas! 😍 You really make some cute things!!! I also enjoy watching your Studs and Duds recaps. This is just my thought on your Santa Key's and in NO WAY am I trying to insult your craft. I think if you look at the Santa face you used last year as opposed to this one, there's your answer. Find a stamp in your stash that looks like "Santa Claus" and is not so Nordic/Viking-looking and I bet you sell all those keys out again this year.

I don’t have any suggestions because my stuff just doesn’t sell where I live. So I always donate a lot of leftovers to the nursing home for bingo prizes. The lil old ladies love paper crafts! Especially the notebooks. I can’t wait to see your new chapstick holders. Thanks for sharing 😊

Same! Going thru last year's stuff, deciding what stays, what gets repackaged, what will go in my Bargain Bin, what will be used as gifts. It's hard because they're all my pretties!! 😢❤

I also thought of another way to get valuable feedback about your items. If you had a mini-focus group of friends over for coffee and snacks, you could ask them to come into your house and see your items as a real craft fair and ask them to rate your items and give feed back on what was for sale. Tell them to give real time feedback and suggestions to improve the presentation and explanations if needed. This might help you see areas that you missed in presenting your goods. Hope this helps, it would also depend on how invested your friends are in helping you. They could leave with a small goodie bag. Good Luck!

I love this idea of the hard cover book. I’ve used the plastic photo books from DT. I think you can read the “Recipe” just fine. Like someone said, it catches your eye. I don’t understand though why you tore out the plastic sleeves. I’ll look forward to your tutorial. Tfs

I'm pretty sure those recipe cards also came from the dollar tree. I vaguely remember running to the dollar tree many many years ago to get those recipe cards. I could be wrong but I have some of those in my stash along with some other styles from DT unfortunately I haven't seen any recipe cards at DT in years. I wish there was a way to make recommendations to them for certain items. Either way I have all the supplies to make these and these will definitely be a super fun project to make. Jessica, I’m really liking the hard cover on the recipe book. I think the font is great, I’m guessing the white checks in the gingham makes it look a little hard to read along the edges. I love the paper pad you used, it’s perfect for that project.

I had watched so many videos trying to get the right measurements for the tray. All of them were too small for my nuggets. They were all at least 2 years old, so I was thinking they changed the size of the nuggets, shrink flation? Anywho, your measurements fit my nuggets PERFECTLY. Thank you so much for sharing and showing me a much faster way to make these.
