Which would recommend the F100 or F500

Hi, it's hard to say which model is better to recommend. they are the same work principle. below are the differences: F500 is the successor of F8 series. It inherits F8 outlook design and looks elegant and premium. F100 is a the first model of a new entry level series. It simplify the design and provides a easier way to clean it. 1. F100 is using an aluminum rod as handle. 2. F100 clean water tank and waste water tank are 750mL, while F500 500mL. 3. F100's water water tank does not have a sensor. So user needs to observe the waste water level and pour it when it's full. F500 will give a waste water tank full alert when it's full. 4. F100's cleaning head can flush under tap. The cleaning head lid is attachable. F500's cleaning head can not be flushed undet tap. Otherwise it will cause short circuit issue. 5. F100 can work for 80mins, while F500 60mins. 6. F100 one tank of clean water can work 17mins for mode 1 and 11mins for mode 2. Long than F500's 12mins and 6mins. 7. Different product apprearance. For the edge cleaning of the F100, the left side is 6mm and the right side is 12mm. The reason we need space between the floor and the machine, which is the cleaning roller, is to allow for the transfer of water to the roller. The space is reserved for the water tube. This ensures that your floor is both swept and mopped simultaneously. Hope this helps!

Glad to hear you love your Hizero! When you find the cleaning roller has dried out, soak it in water to 'awaken' the roller. The key to achieving the perfect moisture is to gently squeeze the roller, ensuring that any excess water is removed through squeezing. Then, place the roller back into the machine and turn it on briefly to adjust the humidity to the optimal state. Now, your Hizero is ready to go!

And yes, you can take the wet roller out every night and wet it the next day. Usually, you don't need to do that unless you will have a long period of not using the machine. As long as you are comfortable with this, it's okay to do so.

Agree , you have to pay out for the fix, and then it’s so expensive so you might as well get a new one as part of their strategy.

The mold won't grow on the roller since the roller is cleaned by water in real time. After use, use mode 2 with a little bit cleaning solution to give the machine a deep cleaning. The mold will be away from your Hizero!

The waste water tank of F100 is now located in the cleaning head, eliminating the need to suck the waste water to a higher position. This reduces the risk of clogs. 2. Compared to the first version of the F801, the metal grate holes on the F100 are smaller, at 1mm. This allows for better filtration of fine debris. 3. The F100 and F801 both have the comb filter design for preventing clogs. It’s important to note that while we have implemented various measures to prevent clogs, proper user maintenance is crucial. For example, after cleaning the floor, perform self-cleaning on dock. This would wash the cleaning roller and flush the waste water tube.

So we recommend tilting the cleaner head slightly upward when mopping over gaps or raised surfaces. This will significantly reduce the likelihood of impact or noise.

I have F801 and it is leaking water as well. I’ e checked everything. I cleaned the grid, squeezed the roller. Changed the roller and brush. Nothing seemed to work.

It started when I put it through its cleaning routine. The was water all over the place. Now when I try to use it, the waste pan fills up with water.
