As someone with long femurs, getting heel elevated shoes can help maintain your back angle throughout your squat and can minimise your butt wink at your end range, although it will slightly shift your squat to emphasize more quads. With your deadlifts, since your arms are proportionally accurate to your torso size, it is also important to push your hips further down in the starting position when you pull the slack out of the bar in the start position. This allows a more upright posture when starting the deadlift and distribute some of the load off your lower back and onto your quads. Keep on with the grind!

Girl you're doing great. You obviously have long femurs so you have to "stick out your but" like that. That bench was a total grinder, and your deadlift looks just fine. One thing that would eventually help you if you would go heavier on deadlift is using a belt, protects your back and gives you more core stability. But im assuming you already know this.🩷

You're sticking your butt out too far on the squats. You're bending your back too much for the deadlift. Learn how to lift before making videos about it.
She has long femurs. Shes not sticking her butt out, she’s balancing, you can literally see her glutes activate right when they need to when the lifts start to get hard. If she was sticking her butt out you’d see her back round inwards when this happens. Everyone’s lifting looks different, but if you know how proper form looks for different bodies, you’d know she’s doing them right. Maybe look up squat university’s videos. They explain it very well for those who don’t know. I have extreme hip/ankle mobility from to years of training and LONG femurs so my squats look different. But she is in fact doing them correctly for her body. (Edit: got the UA-cam channel name wrong but I fixed it.)
Squat form looks very different for everyone, especially women, and this one feels the most comfortable for me. Your comment is uninformative, maybe you could give tips and be helpful next time!
