How do you get Jax to come out ealier

I can get Jax to grab him if I start the sequence from the corner. For some reason if I start it from the center the enemy gets too low to grab. So hard.

After seeing all the Johnny Cage meme clips, watching the finisher without the music feels so odd.

I almost died doing this combo, horrible. It looks easy remembering that Johnny Cage’s combos are pretty simple, but this one is the Devil. It took me at least 3 hours to beat it. Please help.

READ FOR BEST DESC; The assist required in this kombo is BCK+R1 so there is no point holding up given the choice. Hold BCK, hit R1 as Reiko hit confirms Kung Lao Final Phase; wait for Jax to release Kung Lao as seen in the video THEN hit the standing 3 into enhanced slide. If you hit standing 3 whilst Jax has Kung Lao he will slip and then when you attempt to hit the fatal blow it won’t register as you slipped up Jax and need him available for the blow

ADVICE: hitting DB+1+R2 twice in succession is near impossible as the frame recovery is insane, you can cheat as I did in the video and use Goro’s assist in-between the two inputs. Just tap R1 or RB after the first DB+1+R2/RT then you should have enough time to hit the second one required. 👌🏻
