It started off as a place to share my vast wealth of knowledge involved with fixing and diagnosing Freightliner Trucks. Cummins ISB6.7 cm2350 cm2250 Allison Eaton Detroit dd13 dd15. I share more stuff on Snapchat because it’s less work.
Then I started adding cat videos and BS. I’ve learned to make new channels for that stuff. My bad.

Kilo Whisky Joe is my channel for sports and music and chilling
Rocket and Scout is the cat stuff. Rocket is practically the dog I have always wanted. But in cat form.

Series60 Valve Adjustment Tips. Used 04 TS-43 as there was no sticker on Valve Cover.

I didn’t have the focus to show injector height and Jake brake adjustments. With the Jake’s though, I like to put a smaller feeler gauge between piston and valve, then tighten down, hold for the time determined from the workshop manual, then back off till the feeler gauge falls out. Then carefully adjust to spec. Because if you go too far back, you gotta start all over. Very frustrating process...

I'm having a similar problem but I think it's the ECU, who is good person to send it to in the US?
@@Nick-1234 what part of the us?
Eastern Oklahoma, thanks,
Zero Likes, Zero Comments. Absolutely gold info shared here. I guess techs would rather break stuff and complain how hard their lives are.
Thanks. I bought this stuff and then read the directions just now and was like "wtf" lol
When your problem started did you have a! Surrounded by a gear icon error on the dashboard I have a similar situation I can't get out of neutral now. I can't even find that transmission fluid dipstick or fill location
@@jamesbondaygee have you tried pulling fault codes with Allison?
@@dtnamastertech weather nice hearing from you. I'm just getting the notification right now. Yeah my trouble codes all say solenoid problems. But for them all to have problems is suspicious. So the mechanics that came to help me think that it is the TCM module. So I have sent it into a guy in America. Hopefully he can fix it. Until then I'm pretty stuck. Actually had another issue. I was going to tow my rig back home, but someone disconnected my engine battery solar power. So I could not retract my slides. I tried to transfer the house batteries to the engine batteries with the battery share button on the dashboard, and that worked for a while, like maybe 30 seconds, and now I've lost all power in my ignition switch. Even though my batteries are all charged up. It's just dead in the ignition now. Do you think there's a fuse that can solve this problem underneath the dashboard?
@@jamesbondaygee kilo whiskey Joe is one of my other UA-cam accounts. As far as your battery issue, I’d say charge up both batteries before jumping to a fuse or wiring issue. But it could be a large mega fuse is blown. There might even be a large circuit breaker that could be reset. They’re usually about the side of a small cell phone for say a 250 amp breaker. Look for a red button to depress or a lever that pops out to the side that needs to be pushed back in.
Oh if only someone invented a tool with a sharp edge.
If you need a dollar for a box cutter, let me know.
That is good to know I guess, A knife is still easier and if you break down boxes all day, why wouldn't you have a knife?
Nice protective gloves
Ive been doing that for years with those straps
Its like watching a caveman discover tools
It's called a knife... You should carry one if you consider yourself a man...
Do this after a show when you and your buddies been on acid for a day and a half and can’t get their wrist bands off
Duh
I’ve known this as a kid from playing around with them but now that I’m grown up I just use a knife
Somebody never got a pocket knife as a kid 😢
this doesn't always work
Ill just use one of the knives i carry daily

"Theyre pretty hard to take off" yeah tell that to my knife
@@HalfCapHilg that comment in the video was ment to say they are robust little straps.
That is exactly how i do it...
omg wow just learned this abt 20yrs ago
People always impressed when I do that because they don't realize it's easy once you find it back side
Imagine being defeated by plastic straps, so you invest time into finding its weakness. Like the Batman of useless shit.
@@andrewpeterson3302 I would say it's finding ways without a knife to take out the plastic.
@@andrewpeterson3302 Also, I prefer MacGyver over Batman
Where is Khaby with the knife or scissors?!
Just keep a knife or razor of ya bud. Easy peasy lemon squeezy
Or use a box cutter 😁
Must be running low on content ideas
@@pacmap everything I post gets unnoticed or negative comments. Nobody wants tips from the number one freightliner tech in North America for 3 years in a row. They like people that say/do dumb funny shit. All I’m here is to help and I get shit on consistently. But I’m still putting out helpful stuff. It’s difficult when your field is so niche. Nobody wants to hear how to properly diag repair stuff. They want funny content NOW! Guess that’s why you get shit service everywhere you go. And why customers are always asking for my number.
@@pacmap the culture is rancid and I’m happy to be the smart outcast. But it is frustrating and lonely out here. I got a handful of fans that follow me on instagram. I’m not trying to get rich. Although my son did just enable commercials or something on my profile for that. I just want people to stop whining and complaining how hard this field is. It is! But when you get the hang out it, it’s such a great challenge.
This is what’s wrong with today’s culture. Millions of likes for some idiotic short how to turn a ratchet. Then I share something actually useful and the morons show up, saying use a knife. What if you don’t have a knife on you? What if there’s delicate materials you don’t want damaged from a knife? What if it’s actually quicker to use this tip? Than pulling out a knife. Cutting it and putting the knife back in your pocket. YOU DONT EVEN HAVE TO BE STRONG TO DO THIS! Mouth breathers in the comment section. Probably stand on their heels and complain about how hard life is.
Did anyone tell him about the little clip on a razor knife that was put there so you can clip it to your pocket or belt?
If your doing this all day your fingers would be sore and it takes 5x longer but good tip ig if you are British and can’t have a knife 😂
@@deletesweatz3005 Takes less time than you think. I’m not cutting these all day. I’m amazed at your ignorance. But ok. Kind regards
@@deletesweatz3005 so if you miss placed your knife, for a plastic strap you bump into maybe twice a month. You’d rather go searching for your blade for 15-20 minutes than use this tip that takes two seconds. This is what’s wrong with humans. It’s a tip, it works solid. Sorry about your lady fingers. 🤕
It won't hurt your fingers, there's basically no force involved.
Man, I just use like a screwdriver suppliers and twist it to it snaps or cut it. Use the claw on the hammer it works on the metal ones
@@deletesweatz3005 I have tin snips that make quick work of the metal ones.

@@southern.pride0 just takes longer to pull out a knife bro. Kind regards.
@@dtnamastertech no, it doesn't, it takes a second if you've got it on a pocket clip and 2 seconds if it's sitting in your pocket.
@@southern.pride0 I don’t carry a pocket knife on me. It’s too much junk to lug around. I keep a single razor blade on a magnet on my Trey. And a utility knife in my top drawer. I’ve worked on semi trucks for 20 years. I can’t have junk in my pockets and belt getting caught or ripped off. Everyday I carry 2 pens,2 Olight I3teos, 4 rags and an extra pair of gloves. Now that I’m in a service truck I have a set of keys on me everyday now too. I don’t get your arguing and disputing. Correct! It speeds curing. It also improves the curing when you are dressing a gasket! As the material is only exposed to metal onside do to the gasket. It’s designed to have metal on both sides of the material. Use the activator
