FINALLY I found a video that showed me just where that damn white, winged drain plug is located - and the video wasn't even in English. I guess I had already found the drain and now have to look harder to see the drain plug just above the drain. Thanks.

All I can see of the drain plug is the top half. I can almost get my hand in there but can't get enough leverage to unscrew it. It's stuck in there and it's impossible to get tools or pliers in there to help. Tomorrow I'm going over to Harbor Freight to get a pair of Push-Pin Pliers so I can remove all that plastic splash shielding. Maybe that will give me a little more wiggle room. I don't want to break off those "wings" on the drain plug and then have to try and remove a stuck plug.
