In this short episode, we get a new back up light installed so I can see where I'm going at night. An orange lit switch, so I can tell when the bright light is on. A rip in the steel tailgate gets patched and the last of the orange paint gets sprayed on.

We're taking a departure from building guitars to get some work done on my 1986 Chevy C30 dump truck. The dash has been torn apart for a month and I'm over it. Time to reassemble it. Plus, we go through the story of how I got it and what's been done to it. I wired the new fuel gauge wrong while filming, but figured it out afterward. Oh well. Music by UA-cam.

Paint! Tropical Glitz delivers with metal flake and clear coat! We wet sand the flake down and tackle the gaffers tape look. From rough cut to fully routed. The arm carve gets shaped and we decided to hand carve the tape lines into the body. I always knew, after years of wanting to build this guitar, that I wouldn't have the guts to put tape on it. She's in the primer/sanding stage now. What a unique tele! Music provided by UA-cam.
