I think that you need to play a bit agressive and focus his palaces, also wall the whole map and play a lot of anti cavalry units. Agaisnt poseidon you should pick the minor gods that counter cavalry as well.

@looki3424 thank you for your reply. I simulated a bit around: In a 10v10 situation every unit looses against Hetairos. The best performance comes from Ulfsarks. This strengthens your guess 👍🏻

​@@thepunisher9937 The thing is a 10v10 situation will not ve helpful to look at, you should instead look at an equal cost simulation. Since hetarios are more expensive than hirdman, they will probably win at equal number. Also,did the units had upgrades ? If you are thor, you have wonderful upgrades for berserks and hirdman by going bragi, so consider testing with those !

@@looki3424 that's true. My bad I didn't give full context. I did tests with an equal population as well. I.e. 15 Ulfsarks 10 Hetairos I didn't test it with the tech upgrades. I'm going to test it with Bragi. I actually almost never select Bragi. Thank you so much. You're the man 🙏🏻

Well some times I just forgot, I think in this game I didn't do some because he had lots of arcus, and hero arcus just destroy mythic units, also I didn't have a lot of gold in the bank (and not a lot of map control so I think I prefered to save it). But in some matchups (also all), battle boars are really strong so I recommand doing them :)

Its because I had a huge bank of gold, so I prefered to transition gold vils than foods vils

well there is no definitive answer, most of the time flaming weapon because it gives you a huge advantage if you have a big army. But if you are on a defensive side, skadi can be good, also it depends on what army you want to make, flaming weapons gives you good hirdman and berserks while skadi gives you good axe thrower and a good food economy. Skadi is also to consider when playing agaisn't chaos since its a hard counter to flaming weapons. I hope I answer your question !

I needed something to survive an ancestor eclypse push, which is very strong, also I wanted the upgrades for berserks and hirdman to kill camels and chariots.

I don't because I was in a defending position, and the only thing that was interesting to me was the golds, because I want to be able to raid and deny them. Also building too many houses outside of base is expensive and can be annoying if he delete them when you need population.

Hi, I don't do it because it means you lose the food of the chikens, also, since all the technologies takes longer to do now, it would not make a big difference between doing it early using the chiken favor trick, or doing it as early as I can in classical.

@tiagomoreira8742 yeah its hard to setup, especially when each pantheon has its own keybinds 😅, I'll do it in the next days when I find the time :p Most of my keybinds are default, I tried to have everything in the same area of the keyboard to be as efficient as possible.

@@tiagomoreira8742 Hey, actually I'll not so a video on my keybinds because I wont do better than IamMagic or TheRapple, but I can tell you some important points. First I think that they are shortcuts that you need in order to play fast: - select all idle military (I always have idle guys somewhere 11) - select all idle villagers - select all town centers - go to town center - go to idle villager - select all heroes (it saves me when I micro) I also have a select all building for all military buildings, for example to build a stable I press e, and to select all stables I press shift+e. Shift+key is really good to save place on your keyboard so you should try it. Other than that I believe that I use the default hotkeys (I dont use all hotkeys obviously) If you have any questions, dont hesitate to ask !

Hey, thank you for your comment ! I'm having a hard time with group controls because every time I make an other unit its not in the group control xD, but I should make some before taking big fights. Congrats on beating the legendary A.I, it's not an easy task! I think you are talking about Hirdman (the infantry anti cavalry from norse), we don't do much because they don't tank a lot (they have less armor then berserk and way less than hersirs), and will ONLY be good agaisn't cavalry, also they will get one shot by throwing axeman. I think it's good to have a few but you don't want to have too much because of throwing axeman and hersirs. If you compare them to egyptian pickmans for example they are really weak because they do less damage and don't tank well. but they do are efficient agaisn't cavalry still. If you have other questions don't hesitate to ask !

yeah, I still do it because as Loki they are cheap, so it will not change my up time. Also it will help me get more food as my villagers don't have to walk at all so it's a bit more optimized.

I used the gullinbursti that soon because i didn't want to idle my gold for too long, also yeah it kinda suck to lose the valkiry when it can heal 😅. I definitely need to split more my army when I raid, its a mistake I tend to do a lot. Also 2 stables was probably a mistake. Thank's for the feedback !
