In 1997 when I lived in Santa Cruz, my doctor referred me to Dr. Bob Stahl to help me with stress and anxiety. This man helped me tremendously when he explained mindfulness to me. Bob was so patient with me as I struggled in the beginning, but then when things clicked, what he showed me about myself changed my life.
