My fan works, swings and I can change the speed. My water bottle is full but when I press the mist button I can see the little blue light comes on but there is no mist. Please help!! ❤

We have this fan for sometime now and it worked perfectly. Since earlier today the mist stopped coming out (or no mist is being produced). We cleaned the fan thourouly (although is was not dirty), but still no mist. What could be the problem please? The water tank is replaced correctly and the mist is switched on. Thank you.

Hi, I have just assembled mine, it’s working but making a rattling noise. One of the blades seems to be touching on the guard mounting nut, hence the noise.

My fan (same as yours) turns on but the fan does not work. I took it in to be fied and the guy could not tell me what the issue was but that it would cost R1500 to fix. Is this reasonable?

Did it not come with a sustain pedal? ?? (For me a synth without a sustain pedal is missing a very important element. -- I just got one of these used... and it came without a pedal. :-/ Now I have to go out and spend more $$. To me its incomplete without the sustain pedal. #$%&

I also like that the lights, which are quite bright, turn off after a few moments so they do not bother me at night. The remote has to be aimed just right, but does work.
