Honestly I think you captured Vlad’s character perfectly with that ticking clock, especially with the theme of him having all those years to process his life and his relationship with Daniel. Good stuff man.

There is a criminal lack of covers of this version of Mute City. The only one to really done it is Climax and a cover of that version by King Meteor Studios but even those versions are noticeably lacking compared to the anime.
