Good info, i enjoy seeing these vids. love how you break down the sales. im new to selling postcards and have alot to learn. i have a difficult time trying to price some of these, its not easy to find anyplace online that will help in pricing without spending hours researching, so watching your vids can really give a ballpark idea of how to do so, thanks!

Just south of me by less than an hour. I know some Saugatuck collectors. You should do well with these. I wouldn't list them all at once, though.

Chain ferry in Saugatuck is still there.

Wow! Good stuff. Real photo of Singapore, buried city. Lost to the sand dunes. Saugatuck cards are good sellers. It's an artsy fartsy town with a lot of people from Chicago.

Thanks Kevin! I am formerly from the Northeast. Grew up on Staten Island, worked in the World Trade Center, spent a lot of time in NJ and later lived in upstate NY for many years. So, I appreciate seeing your postcards, many of which have come from those areas.

I’m originally from The Cape Cod Area. They harvest the cranberries by flooding the bogs and corralling the berries on the water surface. They leave the bogs flooded over winter and become instant ice skating and hockey rinks. Didn’t really have to worry about ice breaking and drowning because water was not deep, you could walk out

Not all RPPCs are sepia brown color. As they moved into the 40s and 50s RPPCs were printed in a black and white tone instead of sepia brown. They were replaced by the Chromolithic or Chrome process in the mid 50s and on.

I can't hold back any longer. RPPC and b&w photo postcards are two different animals.

Quite the variety of subjects and types in that batch. And ended with a bang. I say keep the motorcycle shop cards together.

The zeppelin card was Swiss stamp and postmark. I wish you had slowed your roll on the North Pole cards, they were quite historic.

The great old days of mail correspondence. What was once a normal form of communication is now a niche and lost art form. 🙂I wonder if you’ve been to Branson, MO. It’s a town that really appreciates these kind of things.

Great finds. I'm guessing that the "Oh You Kid" card is a goofy joke since a young goat is a "kid." On the cool cowboy RPPC, I think the sender is identifying one cowboy as holding a quirt (short-handled riding whip). My take, anyway!
