Mulțumesc, @monenciuvoichita3499 ! 💚 Aici am folosit crema de caju de la Rawckers, îmi plac tare mult produsele lor. Eu pt crema de caju: las 200g caju crud și nesărat peste noapte la hidratat (sau îl fierb la foc mic maxim jumătate de oră) și îl mixez apoi în blender cu 150g apă rece și puțină sare până obțin o pastă fină. Dacă vrei o cremă acrișoară, poți adăuga și lămâie. Se poate păstra într-un borcan la frigider pt maxim 3 zile.

Looks great, do you use any spices? What normally goes into carrot cake anyway? Also, I make a similar frosting with half the amount of cashews and blend in a can of white or butter beans with some of the aquafaba to reduce the fat calories and amp up the fiber and nutrients. I also add a bit of sweetener, a tsp of miso paste and a touch of lemon juice or yogurt to make it taste very similar to cream cheese frosting!
Hi, many thanks! Yes, I do use spices, I usually add cinnamon, vanilla bean if I have it and sometimes I add also coconut flour/ flakes. Thanks for sharing this great idea with me, I’ll tell you a small secret, I always use a pinch of salt in cakes, it increases the flavor of the other ingredients. Good luck with cooking 😊
