I wouldn’t say that 100% though. The US Air Force is focused on tech more than Canada but that’s because Canada normally helps develop tech alongside us. Like the F/A-18 Canada has its own domestic version co developed off the USN one. Also the US Air Force does way more humanitarian work world wide then Canada. Not saying Canada doesn’t but they seem more UN postures as they don’t have sufficient global presence or force size to do much humanitarian. But their Air Force is really good at counter piracy
